No- Cook Peach Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz. each) peaches in heavy syrup, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup minced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp., minced jalapeno chile
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Combine peaches, red pepper, sugar, vinegar, jalapeno and cloves in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add green onions.
  2. Serve as garnish for vegetables, and meat.
  3. makes 3 1/2 cups
