Creamy Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 lemon zest finely grated
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, honey and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. makes about 3/4 cup
