Lime Jello Salad

Old recipe I recently tried. Really Good.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce package lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (I used 2- 8 oz. cans crushed pineapple.)
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 small package miniature marshmallows (I used 1/2 package and it was way enough.)
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.

  2. Measure pineapple juice and additional water to make 1 cup, stir into jello mixture.

  3. Place into refrigerator.

  4. Mix softened cream cheese with pineapples, marshmallows, pecans, mayonnaise and cool whip.

  5. Fold into jello mixture when it has started to gel.

  6. Place into refrigerator and let chill until set.
