Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade and sauce (brand name)
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 cup white button mushrooms, halved

Directions

  1. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl or large resealable container, add all of the ingredients and toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Thread the chicken on 4 of the skewers and the vegetables on the rest. Discard any leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken and vegetables about 5 to 6 minutes on all sides or until crispy and golden.
