Horseradish Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 ( 12 oz.) bags fresh cranberries
  • 2 small navel oranges (unpeeled), quartered
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins, chopped
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. In a food processor, roughly chop cranberries, oranges, marmalade, sugar , raisins and horseradish to combine. Remove from processor; stir in walnuts. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours. Relish can be made 2 days ahead and stored airtight in the refrigerator.
