Lynn’s Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 prepared graham cracker pie crusts, frozen
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, plus more as needed
  • (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter in the bottom of each pie crust.
  2. In a bowl, combine the 1/2 cup peanut butter with the cream cheese and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture on top of peanut butter in crusts.
  4. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
  5. makes 2 pies
