15-Minute One-Pot Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine noodles
  • 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 5 ounce can green chilies
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 10 ounce can black beans, drained
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning or one packet
  • 1 cup taco sauce
  • 12 ounce package HORMELĀ® TACO MEAT Beef Crumbles or 2 pounds ground beef, drained
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • fresh cilantro, to garnish

Directions

  1. Place the noodles, diced tomatoes, green chilies, onion, bell peppers, black beans, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and beef crumbles into a dutch oven. Pour the beef stock in and mix.
  2. Allow the mixture to simmer over medium-heat for 15-minutes or until pasta is tender with no lid.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
