Blueberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries, divided use
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin

Directions

  1. In a large pan, crush 2 cups of the blueberries. Pour in remaining berries and the sugar and gelatin. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Ladle into freezer containers or jars. Cool and freeze.
  2. Variations:

  3. Use strawberries or raspberries and 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin.
  4. Use 6 cups peeled, chopped peaches with juice, 2 1/2 cups sugar and 2 pkg. peach gelatin
