Basic Wine Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wine (claret, port, champagne, sweet wine)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 bottle pectin

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine wine and sugar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling until sugar dissolves. Add pectin. Boil 30 seconds. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
