Streusel-Topped Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1- 15oz pk. Pillsbury Pie Crust
  • Filling:
  • 4 c sliced peaches or 2 (29oz.) canned peaches
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Topping;
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c margarine or butter

Directions

  1. Prepare pie crust according to pk. directions.

  2. Combine all filling ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Spoon into crust.

  4. Mix together all topping ingredients with fork.

  5. Sprinkle over filling.

  6. at 375 for 40 to 45.

  7. Cover edge of crust w/ foil for last 15-20 min.
