Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1- regular box of graham crackers
  • Pudding Mix:
  • 2- pk.(3oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (10-12oz) cool whip
  • 3 c milk
  • Glaze:
  • 1/3 c chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. margarine/butter
  • 3 tbsp. light Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp. milk

Directions

  1. Pudding Mix:

  2. Mix pudding and milk, then fold in Cool Whip

  3. Glaze:

  4. Melt chocolate and butter.

  5. Stir in Karo syrup, milk and vanilla.

  6. Beat in the powdered sugar.

  7. In 9×13 pan, put 1 layer of graham crackers

  8. Then make a layer with 1/2 of pudding mix.

  9. A second layer of graham crackers

  10. A second layer of pudding mix.

  11. A third layer of graham crackers.

  12. Finally a layer of the chocolate glaze.

  13. Chill 6 hours before serving.
