Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients
- Cookie:
- 1/4 c softened butter
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pk.(15 1/4oz?) chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 c flour
- Filling:
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
Directions

Cookie:

Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Gradually add in cake mixture and flour.

Shape mixture into 1" balls.

Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake 375 for 6-8 minutes and cool 1 minute.

Filling:

Beat peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy.

Add in powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Spread on bottom of a cookie. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Add top cookie.
