Yogurt Fruit Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 12 oz. lemon, banana, vanilla or strawberry custard-style yogurt (see note)

Directions

  1. Puree strawberries with orange juice, water and sugar until smooth. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of yogurt into bottoms of 4 paper cups (3 oz. size). Spoon a scant tablespoon of strawberry mixture on top of yogurt layer. Add another yogurt layer, then strawberry layer. Top with remaining yogurt.
  2. Insert wooden sticks and freeze several hours or until firm. To serve, tear off paper cups.
  3. Note: for low-fat pops, substitute fat-free yogurt.
