Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 small honeydew or cantaloupe cut crosswise in eight 1/2-inch slices, seeded
  • Mint sprigs and lime slices for garnish (optional)
