vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 quart milk (divided use)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs, and then add the canned milk to the mixture. Add the sugar and 1 cup of regular milk and beat well. Pour into your ice cream maker container, and add rest of regular milk, just to the fill line. Freeze according to your freezer directions.
