Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16oz. can pumpkin
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 5.5oz. can (2/3 c) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c milk
  • single crust

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients, pumpkin and sugar.

  2. Add eggs, then the milks. Mix well.

  3. Pour into pie pan.

  4. Cover pie edge with foil.

  5. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

  6. Remove foil and bake 28 more minutes.

  7. Cool, cover and chill.
