Cookie’s & Cream Freeze

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 4 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Choc.
  • 14 Oreo's divided
  • 1 pk. (8oz.) Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate, set aside.

  2. line 8 1/2×4 1/2 loaf pan with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.

  3. Arrange 8 cookies evenly over bottom o pan.

  4. Crumble remaining cookies, set aside.

  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

  6. Stir in Cool Whip.

  7. Remove about 1 1/2 c of cream cheese mix.

  8. Stir in melted chocolate.

  9. Spread remaining cream cheese mix in pan over cookies.

  10. Press remaining cookies in cream cheese mix with back of spoon.

  11. Top this with chocolate cream cheese mixture.

  12. Cover. Freeze 3 hrs.

  13. Remove about 15 min. before serving.

  14. Invert on serving plate to cut.
