Chocolate Scotcheroos

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c light corn syrup
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 6 c Rice Krispy's
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and syrup in pan.

  2. Cook slowly, stirring frequently just until bubbly

  3. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter.

  4. Press into a buttered 13×9 pan.

  5. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips.

  6. Stir them until well blended.

  7. Spread over bars and chill.
