Cream Puff Dessert

Ingredients

  • Puff:
  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c butter (no substitution)
  • 1 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Filling:
  • 1 pk. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 1/2 c cold milk
  • 2 pk. (3.9oz)instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Topping:
  • 1 (8oz) whipped topping
  • 1/4 c milk chocolate ice cream topping
  • 1/4 c caramel ice cream topping

Directions

  1. Puff:

  2. In a pan over medium bring water and butter to a boil.

  3. Add flour all at once, stir until smooth ball forms.

  4. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.

  5. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth.

  6. Spread into a greased 13×9 pan.

  7. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.

  8. Cool completely.

  9. Filling:

  10. Beat cream cheese, milk and pudding smooth.

  11. Spread over puff, refrigerate 20 minutes.

  12. Cover with whipped topping.

  13. Drizzle with chocolate & caramel topping just before serving.
