Parmesan Cheese Puff Rounds

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 drops tobasco
  • ⅔ c Parmesan cheese
  • Thin white bread

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients with ½ c Parmesan. Make 60 small bread rounds and butter one side. Brown lightly in broiler. Put cheese mixture on each round and then dip in remaining Parmesan cheese. Brown in broiler until lightly puffy and brown.
