Crunchy Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
  • 3-4 large baking apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice apples, place in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. For topping, mix sugar, flour and butter; stir in pecans. Spread over filling. Bake an hour or until golden brown.
