Ingredients
- 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 3-4 large baking apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice apples, place in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. For topping, mix sugar, flour and butter; stir in pecans. Spread over filling. Bake an hour or until golden brown.
