Elaine’s Quiche Lorraine

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely crushed Keebler club crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped onion sauteed with a little bit of butter
  • 8 oz (2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 34 cup sour cream
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Press into 9" quiche pan. Combine everything but the 1/2 cup cheddar. Pour mixture into quiche pan. Top with cheddar. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.

  2. Wait 10 minutes to cut and serve.
