Super Ambrosia Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/8 tsp. Sweet 'n' Low (2 packets)
  • 1 cup orange juice, heated to boiling
  • 1 cup cold orange juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium grapefruit, chopped
  • 1 medium orange, chopped
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini-marshmallows

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix Knox gelatin with sweetener. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice and water. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into 6-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
