Breakfast Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • Black Forest Ham
  • Creamy Havarti cheese
  • tomatoes
  • sesame seeds
  • melted butter for brushing (I add a bit of salt and pepper)

Directions

  1. Lightly flour the work surface. Unroll one can. With fingers, pinch seams at perforations to seal. Roll dough to form rectangles. You can make 4 large rectangles from one can.

  2. Add your ingredients and seal the sides. Use a bit of water to seal tightly in the back. Flip to the other side and assemble on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

  3. Brush with butter or a beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if you like.

  4. Bake in a preheated at 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
