Medium White Sauce

Use as base for cheese sauces and other cream sauces

Ingredients

  • 2T flour
  • 2T butter
  • 1 c milk

Directions

  1. Melt butter, add flour slowly allowing to cook. Add milk slowly, delumping and allowing the mixture to thicken each time.
