Chicken Dorothy

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c white wine

Directions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in the butter in a pan. Remove the chicken to a 1 1/2 quart casserole. In the same pan, combine sour cream, soup and wine. Warm to combine. Pour over chicken and bake at 350F for 1 hour, covered.
