Spicy Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Mexi-corn, drained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 7 oz. can diced chiles
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • Optional: 1/2 cup salsa

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, chill, serve with corn or tortilla chips.
