Aut Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 c sliced potatoes
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 t onion salt
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/3 c each cheddar, swiss, Parmesan shredded

Directions

  1. Put potatoes in 2 quart buttered casserole. Melt butter in saucepan, blend flour, seasonings and milk. Cook until thickened. Add cheeses, melt and then pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350F until potatoes are tender
