The 90 Calorie Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Watermelon flavor sugar free gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip lite topping
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in medium bowl. Stir in cold water. Pour mixture slowly into an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until form. Cut gelatin into 1/2 inch cubes. Divide cubes into 4 dessert dishes.
  3. Halve and split bananas just before serving. Place 2 pieces in each dish. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  4. Recipe can be doubled using 1 (8 serving size)pkg. Jell-O. Pour mixture into 13 × 9-inch pan.
