PUMPKIN MOUSSE

Save calories-use non fat pudding and lite cool whip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
  • 2 pkg. (3-4oz each) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups thawed Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Use a whisk – mixture will be thick

  3. Spoon into dessert glasses

  4. Refrigerate for 4 hrs.

  5. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts/spiced wafers
