Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup of rice (cooked until tender)
  • 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli (cooked until tender)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream soup (your choice: mushroom, chicken, or celery)
  • 1 cup chopped or grated cheese

Directions

  1. Saute celery & onion in butter

  2. Combine all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste

  3. Bake at 350 in 2qt casserole about 40 minutes or until bubbly
