Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs squash
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 package (4 ounces) seasoned bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut up squash & cook until tender

  2. Drain thoroughly.

  3. Add remaining ingredients reserving half of bread crumbs for topping.

  4. Sprinkle a few seasoned crumbs over top

  5. Bake at 350 until bubbly
