Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado (about 1/2 pound), peeled, pitted, and chopped into 1/4-inch dice
  • 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced serrano chile, with seeds
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Yields about 1 cup.
