Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 up light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instruction. Let ripen at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. makes 1 1/4 quarts
