Prune Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prune pulp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream

Directions

  1. Rub cooked prunes through a sieve, to obtain the pulp. Add the remaining ingredients, the cream, whipped, last of all, mix thoroughly and freeze.
