Rum Raisin Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white raisins
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1 quart rich vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Combine raisins and rum in a covered container overnight or longer. Pour off any excess liquid from raisins and stir into slightly softened ice cream. Return to freezer to harden.
