Walnut Crunch Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Beat together sugar, walnuts and egg. Spread out on cookie sheet, spread pretty thin. Cook until crisp at 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together pudding mix, bananas, Cool Whip and sour cream.
  3. Crunch up the baked pan of walnuts, when it is brown enough. Put half in bottom of a 81/2 × 8 1/2, or 9 x9-inch baking dish. Pour pudding mixture on top, then top with the rest of the walnut crunch.
