Tortilla Crunch Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets
  • Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper Soup Mix
  • 1 cup finely crushed plain tortilla chips (about 3 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, flattened and cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl combine soup mix and chips. In large bowl beat egg and water; add chicken, coating well. Dip chicken in tortilla mixture, coating well. In 15 1/2 × 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, arrange chicken; drizzle with margarine. Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until chicken is done.
