Easy Lemon Chicken

  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 (12 oz.) jars Pepperidge Farm Golden Chicken Gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 3 cups cooked cut-up vegetables
  • 1 (10oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Shells, baked


  1. In large skillet brown chicken in vegetable oil. Pour off far.
  2. Add gravy, lemon juice, thyme and vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Spoon into pastry shells; serve.
