Lit’l Smokies ’n German Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup creamy style peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup cherry jelly
  • 1 Tbsp. brown steak sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper, to taste
  • 1 (16oz.) pkg. Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies

Directions

  1. In microwave-safe glass bowl or 2-cup measure stir peanut butter, jelly, steak sauce, garlic black and red pepper. On high cook for one minute; stir; cook additional minute; stir. Cook another minute; stir until smooth.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with Lit’l Smokies.

  3. Note: For a different taste treat, substitute soy sauce for steak sauce and sliced green onion for garlic.

  4. makes 1 1/3 cups
