Pepperoni Pie Hors D’Oeuvres

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • Pizza or marinara sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl; pour into a lightly greased 13 × 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; cool slightly, and cut into squares. Serve with sauce.
