Spinach Dip in Sourdough Round

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 (16 oz.) round sourdough loaves

Directions

  1. Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels.
  2. Stir together spinach, green onions, and next 5 ingredients; cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut 1 bread loaf into cubes.
  4. Hollow out remaining loaf, leaving a 1-inch thick shell; spoon dip into shell. Serve with bread cubes and raw vegetables.
