Hot Smoky pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients; spread pecans in a single layer in a 15 × 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring often, 25 minutes or until toasted.
  3. makes 2 cups

  4. Do not double this recipe it comes out too “wet”. If you want more, make another recipe.

  5. If you want a little more spice, sprinkle with ground cayenne pepper to taste.
