Mixed Greens with Roquefort Firecrackers

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. gourmet mixed salad greens
  • 1 small purple onion, sliced
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
  • Roquefort Firecrackers

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously.
  2. Arrange mixed greens, onion, and olives on individual salad plates. Drizzle with dressing; top with Roquefort Firecrackers.
