paper cup Frozen Salads

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, rained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pitted cherries, drained

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in food coloring, pecans and cherries.
  2. Place paper baking cups in a muffin pan; spoon fruit mixture evenly into cups.
  3. Cover and freeze 8 hours. Remove from freezer, and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
  4. 1 dozen
