Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Treasure Cave Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mash blue cheese and buttermilk until mixture resembles cottage cheese. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
