Popcorn Delight

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 3 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed
  • 2 cups crispy corn puffs cereal
  • 1 lb. white chocolate chopped
  • 2 cups candy-coated chocolate pieces (optional)


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave white chocolate in a glass bowl at high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until chocolate melts. Drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat.
  3. Stir in candy-coated chocolate pieces, if desired.
  4. Spread in a wax paper-lines 15 × 10-inch jellyroll pan; chill 30 minutes. Break into pieces; store in an airtight container.
