White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp. peppermint OR vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies, divided use

Directions

  1. Line in 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on two opposite sides.
  2. In a double boiler combine the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add extract and half of the crushed peppermint cadies.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining candles over the top.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Cut into small pieces before serving.
