Watermelon and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 16 fresh watercress sprigs
  • 16 (1-inch) peeled and seeded yellow watermelon cubes, (about 1/2 small melon)
  • 8 thin prosciutto slices, halved

Directions

  1. Place a watercress sprig on each watermelon cube, and wrap with a prosciutto slice. Secure with wooden picks. Cover and chill.
  2. makes 16 appetizers
