Beefy Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups deiced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced carrot
  • 2 1/3 tsp. lite soy sauce
  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; shape into 8 patties.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Serve on buns. Top with spicy mustard, fresh tomato and leaf lettuce.
